Invite
Invite your customers by email, one at a time or many at once. Or share a permanent review link on your website, in your email signature or on a notice.
Review and confirm
Customers review without an account, with stars, text and the categories you choose. A review only counts once the person has confirmed their email address.
Show
Published reviews appear on your public profile and in the widgets on your website, together with your replies.

How fair is KudosFive with reviews?
A good reputation convinces when it can be traced.
Openly operated
KudosFive is operated by SourceCloud GmbH, which also offers its own software. Wherever reviews of its own products are shown with KudosFive, this shared ownership is stated alongside them. KudosFive is not an independent review authority.
Origin on record
Each review records whether it came through an invitation or a form link and that the email address was confirmed.

Confirmed reviews appear immediately or after up to 30 days, regardless of the star rating. The overall rating is their average; product ratings count separately from your business.
Clear steps in a dispute
If a review breaks the rules, you flag it to the operator. Visitors can report reviews, and reviewers can edit or withdraw their review later.

All prices exclude VAT and are billed yearly; the monthly figure is for comparison only. Active offerings count; archived ones keep their reviews. Product attributes are, for example, version, edition, size or colour. AI features use your own OpenAI or Anthropic account; the provider bills the model costs. What else would you like to know?
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, leave their review and confirm their email address. A personal link lets them edit or withdraw their review later.
What happens to critical reviews?
They appear after your waiting period like all others. Reply publicly; if a review breaks the rules, flag it to the operator.
How do the reviews get onto my website?
You design a widget in KudosFive and paste the code shown there into your page once. Later changes are saved in KudosFive; the code stays the same.
Which languages does KudosFive support?
Review forms, public profiles and widgets are available in English and German; the management interface is in German. From Plus, KudosFive translates new reviews automatically into further languages.
Can I import reviews from other sources?
Yes, as a CSV file. Imported reviews stay labelled as their own source and are shown separately from reviews collected with KudosFive.
